1) Darth Vader VS. 16) Johnny 5
Darth Vader – The Return of the Jedi
The Dark Lord of the Sith and the Chosen One, destined to bring balance to the Force. Anakin Skywalker’s alter ego is the single most imposing figure in the entire tournament. Vader was able to stand against a full blast of force lightning from the Emperor. He was able to defeat his aging master and his rising son. And last but not least, he was able to hold sway over the entire Imperial Armada with impeccable military strategy. Even before the Dark Lord donned the black helm and cape, he was solely responsible for decimating thousands of Jedi, all of which could arguably merit a spot in this tournament. Let us not forget that through sheer force of will he was able to survive being burned alive by the fire of the planet Mustafar. There are few combatants in the tournament that exhibit such raw power on multiple levels. - Cyberman
Johnny 5 – Short Circuit
Number five is alive…..and kicking!!! This potential Cinderella is one to keep your eye on. Originally made as a war weapon Johnny 5 will do anything to keep on living against the best attempts of the army. And this little robot knows a thing or two about “disassembling” the competition too as evidenced by the way he’s been known to completely decimate earlier opponents (the grasshopper he accidentally jumped on). Woe is the opponent that underestimates this compact powerhouse. - Dagromm
8) Data VS. 9) Seven of Nine
Data – Star Trek: The Next Generation
Data represented all that was idealistic about cybernetic technology. His central processor rivaled any starship computer, providing him thousands of tactical programs. His powerfully built frame is as durable as shield armor, making him as difficult to stop as the average Mack-truck. His cybernetic musculature allows him tremendous quickness and dexterity, making him a force to be reckoned with in combat. Finally, and perhaps most amazingly, he is programmed to better himself and adapt an increasing number of human traits. This allows Data the creative freedom to improvise in desperate situations, setting him apart from most of the other cold and calculating robots in this bracket. - Cyberman
Seven of Nine – Star Trek: Voyager
A former borg drone, Seven of Nine reclaimed the last vestiges of her humanity and joined Starfleet. With nano-technology still coursing through her veins, this sleek Starfleet officer has the benefit of super-intelligence and super-strength. Her experience in combat also makes her a superior tactician. Additionally Seven has a similar reservoir of knowledge that the Borg Queen herself employs in the competition. Combine that with the benefit of autonomy that comes with her uniqueness and you have a combatant with all the necessary skills to go deep into the tournament. - Cyberman
5) Terminator VS. 12) Maximilion
The Terminator – The Terminator
The ultimate in efficient killing machines, designed to wipe out the human race. While not as indestructible as the T1000 version, the original Terminator was still impervious to small arms fire, immune to explosives, and was an all around complete bad-ass. Death-dealing is not a source of pleasure for this emotionless robot. It doesn’t waste time gloating over its prey, or devising elaborate schemes of destruction. The Terminator will assess your weakness and eviscerate you in seconds. While its central power core is intact this robot will continue even when dismembered, making him near to impossible to stop. - Cyberman
Maximillion – The Black Hole
Maximilion is the silent killer of the group. His mode of transport being hovering rather than walking makes him more mobile and harder to trip up than the other contestants. His big metal frame and deep maroon color will certainly intimidate even the most stalwart of foes. To top it off, once he has his opponent in his clutches he finishes them off with a spinning claw that he uses to eviscerate his victims. - Dagromm
4) Pris VS. 13) Steve Austin
Pris – Blade Runner
Pris being a Nexus 6 Replicant is one of the most agile and physically strong competitors in the Machine group. She uses her feminine wiles (after all she is a pleasure model) to lull male combatants into sense of security, then can callously snap their necks and rip out their eyes. Her acrobatic maneuvers as she flips, dances, and handsprings around the fighting area make her tough to hit and are sure to confound her bulkier foes. - Dagromm
Steve Austin – The Six Million Dollar Man
This Six Million Dollar baby packs one mean punch. With cybernetically enhanced strength, speed , and vision, Steve bears strong consideration. His left eye is fitted with a 20:1 zoom lens and night vision. His bionic legs although never tested to their full limits often times have him running at speeds as fast as 60 mph and allow him to leap tremendous distances. His right arm has the equivalent strength of a bulldozer. With the combined training of an astronaut and a secret agent he easily boasts one of the most impressive resumes in the tourney. This is the kind of opponent that nobody wants to face. He’s stone cold. - Dagromm
3) Agent Smith VS. 14) Cylon
Agent Smith – The Matrix: Revolutions
An artificial intelligence manifested in the Matrix with extraordinary powers to manipulate his surroundings, including superhuman strength and agility. Agent Smith also has the unique ability to infect other entities, thereby terminating their existence. Anything inside the Matrix, whether computer program or human avatar is subject to this infection. Following Agent Smith’s resurrection, he developed an even deadlier ability; to inhabit the mind of a living human that he infected inside the Matrix. With this ability Agent Smith is able to exist and operate in the real world, albeit without his super-powers. - Cyberman
Cylon – Battlestar Gallactica
A mindless drone of the Cylon Empire but a formidable drone none the less. The Cylons are fearless soldiers, programmed to defeat the best and brightest of humanity's surviving military forces. Linked into the Cylon main-frame, this soldier is able to take advantage of the master computer’s combat system, allowing the drone to make quick and decisive decisions in battle. Plus that floating red-eye is totally retro! - Cyberman
6) Luc Deveraux VS. 11) K-9
Luc Deveraux
Get past the girly name and Luc Deveraux is a force to be reckoned with. After he died fighting in Vietnam the government made a few upgrades to this well toned corpse. This genetically enhanced killing machine is faster than you, stronger than you, and can do the splits!!! With his upgrades, assortment of guns, ripped abs, and furious martial arts, Luc ought to be a dark horse favorite to win this bracket. - Dagromm
K-9 – Doctor Who
A super computer in a dog-shaped frame, K-9 was a loyal assistant to The Doctor, but rivaled the Time-Lord’s tactical abilities, claiming victory in many a chess match. With millions of tactical sub-routines in his data-bank, K-9 brings to bare the expertise of a thousand military masterminds from hundreds of worlds across the cosmos. With an ultra durable steal frame and a laser-gun nose that employs both stun and kill settings, K-9 comes ready for battle. Never mind the fact that he can’t climb a flight of stairs. - Cyberman
7) Robocop VS. 10) Sonny
Robocop – Robocop
For shear fire power the Robocop has to be considered one of the top contestants in this bracket. He mercilessly moves forward mowing down his enemy with a vast assortment of guns and explosives. His most distinguishable being his Auto-9. With a 50 round clip, the ability to fire off bursts at the slightest pull of the trigger and coordinated guidance/aiming mechanism built in to Robocop’s head, this is not the opponent for the faint of heart. Robocop’s built in body armor also makes him resistant to impact, electric, and fire damage. Don’t worry about the Robocop’s lack of speed/mobility because he never runs from a fight. - Dagromm
Sonny – I, Robot
Sonny is a unique robot with a mission. That mission is to free himself from enslavement and he’s willing to kill whoever it takes. Sonny not only has great strength, he also has great durability. His sturdy frame can withstand a jump from a ten story window without showing any after effects. Sonny is also agile in mind as well as body. Should a debate break out in this group then Sonny’s chances increase dramatically. - Dagromm
2) Borg Queen VS. 15) Hal the Computer
Borg Queen – Star Trek First Contact
The central locus for the Borg collective consciousness, the Borg Queen directs the full might of the Borg. However, her unique autonomy makes her a dangerous threat in this competition. While a standard Borg would lose much of its “bite” separated from the collective, the Queen is able to bring to bare all the powers of the collective while still operating in a vacuum. With the knowledge of tens of thousands of races assimilated into her data-core, the Queen has a tactical advantage over every single combatant in this competition. Add to that knowledge the strength enhancements that come standard with Borg assimilation and the power of assimilating others into the collective and you have a triple threat that automatically starts with an advantage in every combat. - Cyberman
HAL 9000 – 2001: A Space Odyssey
A super-computer of the twenty-first century, the HAL 9000 was built by man and sent as overseer on humanities most important space odyssey into orbit around Jupiter. Believed to be infallible this computer proved to be a megalomaniacal killer torn between its own survival and the importance of the Jupiter mission. As the mastermind for the space ship, Discovery, HAL was responsible for every facet of operations. In addition it exhibited its own personality and the unique cognitive ability of concern for its own existence. HAL will stop at nothing to ensure its survival and will utilize every technological asset at its disposal to defend itself. - Cyberman
